Once I saw your outfit arrive I knew we had made the right decision, the BBQ set up fit perfectly into our Texas BBQ theme and added an element of excitement to our day. Everyone raved about the food and our only regret is that we didn't get out there fast enough for seconds! We had imagined we had planned for plenty of left overs but our hungry wedding party and the ranch hands barely left a morsel for the next day. Most amazing was the efficiency of your outfit, you rolled in, set up, served fantastic food then cleaned up without a fuss and were gone without a hitch, just like you promised.
