Booking, Pricing and Availability

  • How much does BBQ catering cost in Southern Ontario?

    Every event is custom quoted based on guest count, menu selection, service style, location, and event date. Pricing is volume-based, allowing flexibility for both small and large-scale events. A Booking Fee starting at $1,000 is required to secure your date and catering team. This fee is credited towards your event total; it is not an additional charge.

  • What are your business hours?

    Our office operates by appointment to ensure we can give each event the attention it deserves. Please contact us to schedule a time that works best for you.

  • Is there a minimum guest count for BBQ catering?

    In most cases, we require a minimum of 50 guests. This may vary depending on the season, location, and service requirements.

  • How far in advance should I book a BBQ catering service?

    We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak seasons like summer and early fall. For larger corporate events or weddings, booking several months or more in advance helps secure your preferred date and service style.

  • How long does it take to receive a catering quote?

    Quotes are typically sent within 48 hours. If you have not received yours, please check your spam or junk folder or contact us directly.

  • What types of events do you cater?

    We cater a wide range of events including corporate functions, weddings, private parties, festivals, and large-scale employee appreciation events.

  • Do you handle large corporate BBQ events?

    Yes. We regularly cater corporate events ranging from 100 to over 5000 guests, including multi-shift service environments and high-volume service windows.

Menu and Food Experience

  • Do you offer customizable BBQ catering menus?

    Yes. All menus are fully customized. We can create multiple menu options at different price points and even accommodate specific requests, including recreating dishes or incorporating family recipes.

  • What style of barbecue do you specialize in?

    We specialize in authentic Southern-style barbecue, prepared using real wood smoke and finished on-site over charcoal and live fire for added flavour and consistency.

  • Do you only serve BBQ, or do you offer other menu options?

    While Southern BBQ is our specialty, we also offer a range of options including burgers, sausages, and other grilled items, as well as alternative BBQ styles like Brazilian-inspired service.

  • Where do you source your ingredients?

    We prioritize locally sourced ingredients whenever possible and work with regional suppliers to maintain consistent quality at scale. Always Canadian

Operations and Event Execution

  • How do you maintain food quality for large events?

    We use a combination of advanced smoking technology and on-site finishing techniques to ensure consistent flavour and quality, even at high volumes.

  • Do you cook the food on-site?

    Yes. While many of our meats are slow smoked in advance for consistency and quality, they are finished on-site over charcoal and live fire to deliver a fresh, authentic BBQ experience.

  • How do you handle high-volume catering logistics?

    Our team manages all aspects of the event including preparation, transportation, setup, service, and breakdown. We operate with dedicated kitchen, operations, and event coordination teams to ensure smooth execution.

  • What information do you need before the event?

    We require final guest counts and event details approximately 15 days in advance to ensure accurate preparation and service planning.

Payments, Contracts and Policies

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept cash, cheque, EFT, EMT, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

  • What is required to secure a catering booking?

    A Booking Fee is required to secure your event date and catering team. Full details are outlined in your contract.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Our cancellation terms are outlined in the contract. In most cases, payments are refundable except for the Booking Fee, which secures your event date.

  • I lost my invoice or contract. Can you resend it?

    Yes. Contact us and we will send you a copy.

Experience and Planning

  • What makes a BBQ catering company reliable for large events?

    Consistency, communication, and operational experience are key. Accurate guest counts, clear timelines, and an experienced team ensure a smooth event and positive guest experience.

  • Can you accommodate last-minute changes to guest count or menu?

    We do our best to accommodate changes, but adjustments close to the event date may impact availability and service.

  • Do you provide staffing and full-service catering?

    Yes. We provide trained staff for setup, service, and cleanup, depending on your event requirements.

  • Do you offer vegetarian, vegan, or dietary accommodations (gluten-free, halal)?

    Yes. We offer a range of dietary accommodations including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and halal options.


    All of our chicken products are halal, our brisket is halal and we work closely with clients to ensure dietary needs are properly planned for and integrated into the event without disrupting service.

  • Do you provide rentals (tables, tents, serving equipment), or strictly food + staff?

    Our primary focus is food, service, and event execution.


    That said, we regularly coordinate rentals for large events such as tables, tents, and serving equipment through trusted vendor partners, allowing for a streamlined and well-aligned event setup.

  • Do you offer drop-off catering, or only full-service?

    We offer both drop-off and full-service catering.


    Drop-off is a great option for smaller or more casual events, while full-service includes on-site cooking, staff, setup, service, and cleanup for a complete experience.

  • Any specific cities you want to rank for beyond “Southern Ontario” (Toronto, Hamilton, Kitchener, etc.)?

    We primarily serve Southwestern Ontario, with a strong focus on Stratford, London, St. Thomas Waterloo Region, Kitchener, Cambridge, and Guelph.


    We also cater events across the GTA, including Toronto and surrounding areas, depending on the scope and scale of the event.

  • Do you position yourselves as premium, mid-market, or flexible pricing?

    We position ourselves as a premium, high quality catering provider with flexible, volume-based pricing. his allows us to deliver a consistent, high-end experience while accommodating a wide range of event sizes and budgets.
